With over 15 years in the industry and a distinguished clientele, VZ Bespoke has revolutionized the concept of luxury and personalization. MCI Club: Mr. Verdulli and Mr. Zagatti, it’s an honor to have you with us today. Could you start by telling us what sets VZ Bespoke apart in the luxury service sector?
Verdulli: Thank you for having us. VZ Bespoke was founded out of our passion for the art of personalization and luxury. What sets us apart is our hands-on approach: we don’t just provide services, we deliver tailor-made, top-tier experiences. Our unique blend of expertise and extensive network allows us to fulfill even the most exclusive requests with precision and discretion.
Zagatti: Exactly. Our goal is to exceed expectations. No request is too complex or exclusive for us. Whether it’s arranging a private meeting with a celebrity or planning an unforgettable experience, we are prepared to push beyond any limits.
MCI Club: Your clients are undoubtedly high-profile individuals. How do their requests typically present themselves, and how do you handle them?
Verdulli: Our clients primarily consist of ultra-wealthy individuals, royal families, and prestigious organizations seeking something beyond the standard service. Their requests can range from unique experiences like private dinners with prominent figures to urgent needs requiring immediate responses. Our ability to manage these requests with efficiency and discretion is what has solidified our trust-based relationships with them.
Zagatti: Every request is a challenge that we approach with the utmost seriousness. We leverage our network and expertise to ensure results that surpass expectations, handling even the most complex and urgent situations with the same level of dedication.
MCI Club: How do you position yourselves in relation to the major players in the concierge industry?
Verdulli: In reality, we see ourselves more as collaborators than competitors. We often work closely with large concierge firms, acting as an extension of their services. Our specialization and high level of service add value to their offerings, enabling us to handle particularly complex and personalized requests.
Zagatti: We believe in the power of collaboration. We offer highly personalized service that integrates seamlessly with the structures of other companies in the sector.
MCI Club: Can you share with us an experience you’ve designed for you clients that you are proud of?
Verdulli: Well, for example we’ve recently organised a 7-days ‘Longevity & Business retreat’ for some very influential clients who have been immersed in a completely tailor-made experience designed on each of their profile and taste. The goal was to improve their knowledge of the healthiest food in the world, going through analysis and procedures which can improve their health, everything surrounded by the top longevity experts in the world. Also, clients went through outstanding masterclasses related to performance and stress management as well as improvements in their style with the support of renowned personal stylists.
All this along with a fun share of common passions such as golf, collectable items, very rare supercars tour and above all some significant human connections.
MCI Club: That’s very impressive and quite remarkably useful as experience to such profile of clients. What about some very difficult requests or situations you’ve faced?
Zagatti: Well, the list of fancy requests is very long and mostly covered by NDAs. Just to mention some exotic requests, we had some clients wanting to recreate a famous venue on a private island and have a celebrity chef dinner, followed by a top artist performing on the recreated stage. The event turned almost into a “The Great Gatsby” show.
Another example, a client wanted to drive around Italy in a Ferrari 250 GTO, followed by a sort of ‘Mille Miglia’ podium celebration like the old times.
We also had one of the most obsessive collectors in the World, wanting us to recreate a private exposition of off-market items where he had the possibility of buying anything he desired, followed by an unique yacht-wellbeing retreat.
MCI Club: Do you have a membership fee to access your services?
Verdulli: At present, we do not charge a membership fee. We have considered introducing recurring fees for certain service categories, but for now, we focus on retainer agreements for clients who require ongoing assistance and handle other requests on a case-by-case basis.
Zagatti: We are open to exploring subscription models in the future, but for now, we prefer to maintain our operational flexibility.
MCI Club: Your global reach is truly impressive. What is your geographical coverage?
Verdulli: Our coverage is global and without limits. Whether it’s organizing an event at the North Pole or securing a table at an exclusive restaurant in New York, we can manage any request. We use local partners for some operations, but we always ensure our presence for the most delicate situations.
Zagatti: Our network and experience enable us to offer services anywhere, always ensuring unparalleled attention to detail.
MCI Club: What does the future hold for VZ Bespoke?
Verdulli: We are working on exclusive projects that we cannot disclose at the moment. Each project is handled with the utmost discretion and attention to detail, from arranging unique experiences with celebrities to personalizing special events.
Zagatti: Our goal is to carefully select new clients to maintain our high standards and effectively manage our waiting list. Each project is tailored to ensure perfection.
